Berks Cnty. C.P. Criminal Rules Rule 30
Computation of Time
In computing the time within which anything is to be done under these Rules or any
special order, where such time does not exceed five (5) days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal
holidays shall be excluded, otherwise they shall be included.
