Duty to Notify of Change in Address and/or Telephone Number

(A) Before arraignment pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 571, as a condition of bail, or his or her

release without bail, a Defendant shall notify in writing the issuing authority, the District

Attorney and the County bail agency of any change in said Defendant’s address and/or telephone

number, if any, within forty-eight (48) hours after the change of address and/or telephone number

first occurs.

(B) After arraignment pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 571, as a condition of bail, or his or her

release without bail, a Defendant shall notify in writing the Clerk of Courts, the District Attorney

and the county bail agency of any change in said Defendant’s address and/or telephone number

within forty-eight (48) hours after the change of address and/or telephone number first occurs.
