Berks Cnty. C.P. Civil Rules Rule 35
Factual Averments of Interest and Advantage
To the extent not governed by specific statutory provisions or Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure, in all
cases in which leave of court to sell or mortgage real estate is required, the petition shall set forth sufficient
facts to enable the court to determine whether the proposed sale or mortgage will be to the interest and
advantage of all parties in interest.
