Berks Cnty. C.P. Civil Rules Rule 214.1
Trial Date
At the conclusion of the pretrial conference, the judge assigned to the case shall issue an order, if
appropriate, certifying the case for trial and stating the estimated length of trial and number of jurors
required and the date it is scheduled for trial. Either party may move for continuance upon cause shown.
