Motion. Discovery. Attempted Resolution

No motion or other application relative to discovery matters shall be made unless it contains a

certification that the moving party, after reasonable effort, has been unable to resolve the dispute after

conferring with all interested parties or has made multiple written attempts to resolve the discovery issue,

with no response being provided.
