Assignment of Counsel--Public Defenders Office

The Court hereby designates and appoints the Public Defender's Office of Beaver County

(see 16 P.S. § 9960 et seq.) as initial counsel for all defendants required to be assigned

counsel under Pa.R.Crim.P. No. 122.
