Beaver Cnty. C.P. Local Rules Criminal Procedure Rule 103
Definitions
The words and phrases, when used in any Local Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall have
the same meaning ascribed to it in the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, unless
specifically defined herein or in a Local Rule of Criminal Procedure.
