Presentation of Petitions
The Court will be available to receive petitions at the times and in accordance with the
practice which is published for the presentation of motions in the annual Court Calendar. The
original petition should be presented to the Court in scheduled Motions Court prior to filing with
the Prothonotary.
Note: The prescribed time to receive motions appears on the Beaver County web
site: http://www.beavercounty pa.gov/departments/courts/.
