Beaver Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Civil Procedure LR 205.2(a)
Requirements for Pleadings and Other Legal Papers
All pleadings and other legal papers shall be printed in double space on white paper size 8 1/2
x 11 inches and secured by an appropriate metal or plastic fastener. The use of a gummed or
taped substance is not permitted. Exhibits shall be tabbed at the bottom of the page and labeled.
Wherever a copy of a writing is attached to a pleading, brief or other paper submitted to the
Court, such copy shall be clearly legible and faithfully represent the original in every respect.
The Court may require a legible copy be substituted and filed before the pleading, brief or other
paper will be considered by the Court.
