Armstrong Cnty. C.P. Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 620
Waiver of Jury Trial
After an appropriate colloquy, a written waiver of jury
trial shall be signed by the defendant if the Court ascertains
that the defendant is knowingly and intelligently ready to waive
the same.
