Armstrong Cnty. C.P. Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 210
Briefs
Issues which are raised by pleadings, petitions, motions,
applications, or otherwise and which are not addressed in a
brief by the person raising such issues, shall be deemed to have
been waived when submission of the brief has been ordered by the
Court.
