Armstrong Cnty. C.P. Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 206.2
Answer to Petition
(a) An answer shall state the material facts which
constitute the defense to the petition.
(b) An answer to a petition shall be divided into paragraphs, numbered consecutively, corresponding to the numbered
paragraphs of the petition.
(c) No answer shall contain a separate section entitled or
equivalent to new matter. If an answer does contain such a
separate section, no reply thereto need be filed.
