Adams Cnty. C.P. Rules of Judicial Administration 3
For all materials which are in circulation and borrowed from the library,
authorized individuals shall sign the register and legibly indicate the volume
number and title, the borrower's name (judge, attorney, or county official), and
the date that the volume was removed. Every item taken from the library must
be signed out. When the item is returned to the library, the register must be
dated on the same line on which it was signed out to indicate that the item is
returned. The item must be placed on a desk or cart and NOT re-shelved.
