Post-sentence Rights
At the time of sentencing, the Defendant shall provide the Court with an executed
Statement of Post-sentence Rights that shall substantially be in the form as provided by the
Court, located at https://www.adamscountypa.gov/courts/courtadministration/selfhelpcenter.
The Court shall make the Statement of Post-sentence Rights part of the record and shall
determine on the record that the Defendant has been advised of post-sentence rights.
