Adams Cnty. C.P. Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 208.2(e)
Motion. Discovery Certification
Every motion relating to discovery shall contain a certification by counsel, or the party, that the
moving party has conferred or attempted to confer with all interested parties in order to resolve the matter
without Court action and, after reasonable effort, has been unable to resolve the issue.
