PENNSYLVANIA LAWYERS FUND FOR CLIENT SECURITY BOARD

RULES OF PROCEDURE

1. General Statement

These Rules of Procedure have been adopted pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Disciplinary

Enforcement 503(d)(5). These Rules of Procedure provide for the administration of the

Pennsylvania Lawyers Fund for Client Security (the "Fund"), the procedures for the presentation,

consideration and payment of claims, procedures for conducting inquiries in accordance with

Rule of Disciplinary Enforcement 221 regarding Mandatory Overdraft Reporting and, the exercise

of the investment powers of the Fund’s Board of Trustees (the “Board”).
