Pa. Lawyers Fund R.P. 4.3
Resolution
Upon receipt of the attorney/law firm’s written response, the Executive
Director:
(a) May request additional information and/or documentation;
(b) Close the file if the explanation is satisfactory and all necessary documentation
has been provided; or
(c) Refer the matter to the appropriate Office of Disciplinary Counsel for possible
further inquiry based upon the information provided in the explanation and/or
documentation.
