Organization Meeting
The Board shall hold an organization meeting in the first quarter
of the calendar year at such time and place as the incumbent Board Chair shall specify.
If there is a vacancy in the office of Board Chair, the Board Member having the shortest
remaining term of office shall specify the time and place of the organization meeting.
