Injunctive or other relief
•
General rule. Enforcement Rule 218(j) provides that if Disciplinary Counsel shall have probable cause to believe that any formerly admitted attorney:
•
has failed to comply with such rule or Chapter 91 Subchapter E (relating to formerly admitted attorneys), or,
•
is otherwise continuing to practice law;
Disciplinary Counsel may bring an action in any court of competent jurisdiction for such injunctive and other relief as may be appropriate.
•
Appeals. Appeals from orders entered in proceedings under subsection (a) of this section are governed by 42 Pa.C.S. § 722(8) (relating to direct appeals from courts of common pleas).
