Probation shall terminate upon the filing of the final quarterly report and upon the expiration of the fixed period of probation, unless:

•

the conditions of probation have been violated or have not been met;

•

all costs of the proceedings as previously ordered by the Supreme Court or the Board have not been paid; or

•

formal proceedings for discipline are pending against the respondent-attorney.
