Pa. Const. art. IX, § 6
Area government
The General Assembly shall provide for the establishment and dissolution of government of areas involving two or more municipalities or parts thereof.
History
Adoption. Unless otherwise noted, the provisions of present Article IX were adopted April 23, 1968, P.L.App.11, Prop. No.6.
