Pa. Const. art. III, § 27
Changes in term of office or salary prohibited
No law shall extend the term of any public officer, or increase or diminish his salary or emoluments, after his election or appointment.
History
Adoption. Unless otherwise noted, the provisions of Article III were adopted December 16, 1873, 1874 P.L.3, effective January 1, 1874.
