Reference to committee; printing

No bill shall be considered unless referred to a committee, printed for the use of the members and returned therefrom.

History

(May 16, 1967, P.L.1037, J.R.3) Adoption. Unless otherwise noted, the provisions of Article III were adopted December 16, 1873, 1874 P.L.3, effective January 1, 1874.
