Pa. Const. art. III, § 15
Public school money not available to sectarian schools
No money raised for the support of the public schools of the Commonwealth shall be appropriated to or used for the support of any sectarian school.

(May 16, 1967, P.L.1037, J.R.3) Adoption. Unless otherwise noted, the provisions of Article III were adopted December 16, 1873, 1874 P.L.3, effective January 1, 1874.
