Legislative power

The legislative power of this Commonwealth shall be vested in a General Assembly, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives.

History

Adoption. Unless otherwise noted, the provisions of Article II were adopted December 16, 1873, 1874 P.L.3, effective January 1, 1874.
