UTCR 9.090
CAPTIONING FILINGS IN PROBATE AND PROTECTIVE PROCEEDINGS
The captions of all probate filings must contain the name of the decedent. The captions
of all filings in protective proceedings must contain the name of the protective
proceeding or respondent. A filing in a contested matter in a probate or protective
proceeding must also contain the names and roles of the parties seeking relief and
against whom relief is sought.
