UTCR 4.040

REMOTE APPEARANCE IN LIEU OF TRANSPORTATION

Upon agreement of the parties, when, as a result of negotiations, an in-custody

defendant intends to resolve cases in more than one jurisdiction, any appearance

required in a court, other than the court of jurisdiction in the county in which the

defendant is in custody, shall be by remote means unless good cause is shown.
