UTCR 11.070
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF VISITATION RIGHTS WHEN TERMINATION PETITION FILED
Parental visitation rights with respect to children who are wards of the court shall not be
suspended while a petition to terminate parental rights is pending, unless ordered by the
court on good cause shown.
