INTEREST-BEARING ACCOUNTS
When the Court requires funds to be deposited with the Court Clerk in an interest-bearing account,
the party seeking deposit shall present an order to the Court, unless statutes specify otherwise. The

Court shall order the County Treasurer to deposit the funds in a specified institution for a specified
term. The Order shall include a Tax Identification Number or a Social Security Number.
