NOTICE OF FUNDS PAID TO COURT CLERK
Notice of receipt of any funds paid to the Court Clerk (other than for either alimony or child
support), toward satisfaction of a judgment, shall be given by the persons remitting the funds, to
the attorney of record for the party entitled to receive the money or to the party directly if there is
no attorney of record within five (5) days of receipt thereof by the clerk, or by the Court Clerk
upon notice to the Court Clerk by the person remitting the funds.
