JURY TERMS AND SETTING OF CASES
A. Jury terms shall be as ordered by the Presiding Administrative Judge* or Chief Judge.**
The Chief Judge shall by order set the number of jurors to be summoned each term.
B. Jury trial dockets shall be set on Monday of each jury term.*
C. Jury trials shall not proceed on Saturday or Sunday unless specifically directed by the trial
judge.
D. This rule does not apply to the Juvenile Division, which may conduct jury trials fifty-two
(52) weeks of the year.
