FELONY CRIMINAL ARRAIGNMENTS
All defendants in felony cases, whose charges have been bound over for trial, shall be arraigned
by a District Judge or Associate District Judge within thirty (30) days from bind over, unless time-
period is expressly waived for good cause shown.
