NOTIFICATION OF DISMISSAL OR SETTLEMENT
Counsel or parties shall notify the assigned judge of all dismissals, partial dismissals and
settlements as soon as practical, but not later than the date of any scheduled proceeding, including
trial, pretrial, and motion docket.
