RESCUE DOCTRINE
RESCUE DOCTRINE
One who rescues or attempts to rescue a person from a dangerous situation and
incurs injury either to [his/her] person or [his/her] property caused as a result thereof,
may recover for such injury from the person who has negligently caused [himself/herself]
[another] to be in the dangerous situation.
