CONCURRENT CAUSES
CONCURRENT CAUSES
There may be more than one direct cause of an injury. When an injury is the
result of the combined negligence of two or more persons, the conduct of each person is a
direct cause of the injury regardless of the extent to which each contributes to the injury.
