DIRECTIONS
If you find that the occurrence with which this lawsuit is concerned was directly
caused by the contributory negligence of [Plaintiff], and not by any negligence on the
part of [Defendant], or, if you find that [Plaintiff] has failed to prove that [Defendant]
was negligent, then you shall use the Pink Verdict Form and find in favor of [Defendant].
In this connection you are advised that no specific finding need be made by you
as to [name of non-party], since [he/she/it] is not a party to this lawsuit.
