NEGLIGENCE OF DRIVER NOT IMPUTABLE TO PASSENGER
Should you find negligence on the part of the driver of the vehicle in which
[Plaintiff] was riding, that negligence cannot be charged to [Plaintiff] to prevent or reduce
recovery by [him/her] for injury [he/she] may have sustained as a result of the combined
negligence, if any, of [Defendant] and the driver.
