DISCLOSED, PARTIALLY DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED PRINCIPAL ---
DEFINED
When a person dealing with an agent knows that the agent is acting for a principal
and knows of the principal's identity, the relationship is a "disclosed principal."
When a person dealing with an agent knows of the agency but does not know the
name of the principal, the relationship is a "partially disclosed principal."
When a person dealing with an agent does not know the agent is acting for a
principal, the principal is undisclosed.
