TERMINATION OF AGENT'S AUTHORITY
TERMINATION OF AGENT'S AUTHORITY
The authority of an agent to represent [his/her] principal is terminated if [insert
the appropriate terminating event]. The party cla iming that the authority of an agent was
terminated has the burden of proving that [insert the appropriate terminating event].
