IMPLIED AUTHORITY BASED ON BUSINESS USAGE
In addition to the express authority conferred on [him/her] by [his/her] principal,
an agent has the implied authority to do such acts as are usual and customary in the
business, and of which the principal has knowledge or should have had knowledge.
