DUTY TO MITIGATE DAMAGES --- PERSONAL INJURY
In fixing the amount of money that will reasonably and fairly compensate
[Plaintiff], you are to consider that an injured person must exercise ordinary care to
obtain proper treatment. Damages cannot be recovered for an injury resulting from a
failure to exercise such care.
