PERSONAL PROPERTY --- NO MARKET VALUE

If you decide for [Plaintiff] on the question of liability, you must then determine

the amount of money which will reasonably and fairl y compensate [him/her] for the

[destruction/loss] of the [insert description of the property]. That amount is the

reasonable value you determine the property had to [Plaintiff] immediately before its

[destruction/loss] considering the nature and condition of the property and the purpose for

which it was adapted. You are not, however, to consider any sentimental or fanciful

value.
