Nuisance – Public Nuisance
Nuisance – Public Nuisance
A public nuisance is a nuisance that affects at the same time [an
entire community/neighborhood]/[large number of persons], even
though the amount of the [annoyance/damage] may be different for
different people. In order to bring an action for a public nuisance,
[Plaintiff] must show by the greater weight of the evidence that [Plaintiff]
has suffered a specific injury on account of the nuisance.
