CIVIL FORFEITURE - INNOCENT OWNER DEFENSE
A vehicle is not subject to civil forfeiture if its owner neither knew of nor
consented to the unlawful possession of [Specify Controlled Dangerous Substance in
Schedules I through V of 63 O.S. Supp. 2015, § 2-101 et seq.] in the vehicle. To
establish this defense, [Name of Owner] must show by the greater weight of the
evidence that he/she had no knowledge of and did not consent to the unlawful possession
of the [Specify Controlled Dangerous Substance in Schedules I through V of 63 O.S.
Supp. 2015, § 2-101 et seq.] in the [Specify Property].
