FORM OF CONTRACTS
A contract may be written or oral.
A contract may be express or implied. An express contract is set out in words,
either spoken or written. An implied contract is created by the acts or conduct of the
parties. No particular form is required for wo rds or conduct to create either an express or
implied contract.
