EMPLOYEE DISCHARGED FOR PERFORMING ACT CONSISTENT

WITH PUBLIC POLICY

In order to win on the claim of wrongful discharge [Plaintiff] must show that

[Defendant] discharged [him/her] for performing an act that was consistent with a clear

and compelling public policy of Oklahoma [or the United States] . You are instructed

that [describe the act] is such an act [or the following are such acts:].
