TRANSFERRED INTENT

For intent to exist, it is not necessary that [Defendant] intended to make a

[harmful/offensive] contact with [Plaintiff]. It is sufficient if [Defendant] intended to

make a [harmful/offensive] contact with any other person and it resulted in a

[harmful/offensive] contact with [Plaintiff].
