ASSAULT: PUNITIVE DAMAGES

If you find [Plaintiff] is entitled to actual damages and that the assault committed

by [Defendant] was a willful and malicious act, then in addition to [Plaintiff's] actual

damages, you may also award him exemplary or punitive damages.
