INTENT TO PLACE ANOTHER IN APPREHENSION --- DEFINED
A person intends to put another in apprehension of a [harmful/offensive] contact
if [he/she] purposely does any act to place th e other in such apprehension, or acts with
knowledge that such apprehension will probably result.
