WORDS ALONE DO NOT JUSTIFY
WORDS ALONE DO NOT JUSTIFY
Words alone do not justify an assault or battery and neither [Plaintiff] nor
[Defendant] would be justified in committing an assault or battery upon the other solely
because of any words that were used by either party.
